User Data Deletion Policy

Data Deletion Instructions for SwellHawk At SwellHawk, we value your privacy and give you full control over the data we collect. If you would like to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion To have your data removed from our systems, simply send an email to help@swellhawk.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Please include the following in your email:

The email address associated with your SwellHawk account.

Your WhatsApp phone number (if you are using the WhatsApp integration).

What Data is Deleted? Once your request is processed, we will permanently remove the following from our active databases:

User Profile: Your name, height, weight, and skill level.

Preferences: Your saved surf breaks, kJ thresholds, and "Stoke" ratings.

Chat History: All previous conversations with the SwellHawk AI assistant.

Processing Time We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the full deletion of your data within 30 days, as required by data protection regulations.

Note: Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period or as required by law, but it will not be accessible for functional use.
